Temple of The Holy Ghost

This project was for the Evolution of Production Design class (PROD 756). My goal was to design the world in the mid-twentieth century Georgian houme based on the short story written by Flannery O'Connor. As a part of this class project, we went on a location scout to the Flannery O'Connor Childhood home in Savannah and created our own versions of design for the story. I designed a complete Set Decoration look book for this project including 3D set designs, rendered section Views, script breakdown, Set Decoration, props budget and inventory. With a clear thought behind adding some aged down elements in the set, I attempted to capture the witty and honest nature of Flannery's writing.
